Michael and Charla Harris will also be sharing special pieces of 19th century workwear along with offering signed copies of Michael's must have book "Jeans of the Old West" at Roy Slaper's (ROY DENIM) Miniature Museum located at 489 23rd St in Oakland CA from 6:30-9:00 PM.

If you grew up in Southern California specifically in the San Fernando Valley in the 1960’s -1980’s and rode a dirt bike or raced motocross then you most likely spent time at Indian Dunes Motorcycle Park, located a stones throw from world famous Magic Mountain in Valencia, California. The International and Shadow Glen motocross tracks at Indian Dunes provided the setting for many great times and memories for yours truly and this tee takes us back to those glory days.

Let's do CHEGO: Roy Choi KOGI CREW X Stussy

It's no secret that The San Fernando Valley Mercantile Co. has much love for the Kogi Korean BBQ truck and their brick and mortar offshoot Chego. We made the Tuesday nite run over the Sepulveda pass to hit one of our favorites for a late bite. Always nice to see the main man Roy Choi aka Papi Chulo or as I like to refer to him as The MASTER in the house.  Papi was sporting a killer STUSSY X KOGI CREW, KOGI POR VIDA!! tee that was run in limited numbers for the team. Much favored for their fresh ingredients and bold flavors served with a smile by the Papi and crew. Chef Roy Choi is the real deal, we hold him in high esteem and consider ourselves lucky to have him close. Another reason you gotta love LA.

While I don't normally cut my burgers in half, this masterpiece consisting of 1/2 pound of grass fed beef, American cheese, coconut mayo, chili sauce, fried shallots, wild arugula and Thai basil calls for special treatment.

The Rock Yer Road always has us looking forward to dessert. Chocolate ice cream, smoked almonds, caramel, brownies, melting marshmallow fluff, Luxardo cherry. AWESOME!
